Punk record collectors and avid hardcore nerds alike are no stranger to the killed by death series of compilations. these records mostly showcased some of the best (and, admittedly, worst) of the rare, obscure, and/or overlooked punk glut from around the world during the late 70s and early 80s, sending many otherwise casual record collectors into a sweating fury to find original copies. enter the age of the internet and auction sites such as ebay and every band ever featured in the KBD series now fetches ridiculously high prices. while most of these records are well worth owning, they surely are NOT worth what most people are paying for them. So without further ado, here is the first volume that started it all. This record is a good place to start if you're interested in hearing some rare, obscure punk from all corners of the earth, or to re-acquaint yourself if you have "been there, done that" already.
