I did not get an update about my order and it has not arrived, did it ship?

**2020 update - covid-19 and additional strains on the US postal service have caused some orders to be delayed or not scanned. While most orders seem to be arriving in normal time, we have been seeing a few more delays in shipping than normal (especially international). We have also been seeing many parcels get scanned as delivered days before they arrive, so if you experience that it is normal. If you wish to reach out about your tracking or order, mail me and I will look into it for you.

My record is defective or sounds bad, do you offer exchange or returns?

*UPDATED 2021* All products are sold as is, and cannot be returned for any quality or defect issues. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you are ordering anything labeled as "FANCLUB PRESSING" you can always look at reviews of quality of some fanclub pressings on Discogs. I unfortunately cannot maintain quality control on distributed titles. I occasionally will make exceptions, so you are more than welcome to email me with your issue and we will see what we can do however note our new standing policy is all sales are final.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and Credit Card.

How fast will my order ship?

I try and ship out mailorder within 1-3 business days. Webstore orders are always my priority and sometimes I can even get your order out the same day! It is rare that orders take longer than 2-3 days to ship (please keep in mind that does not include weekends). Unless you place a "preorder" (which will be clearly labeled), expect your order in the mail within a few days.

*Shipping times may be delayed by a few days when there is a new Grave Mistake Release.

Is everything in your webstore currently in stock?

Unless the item says "Out of Stock," then yes it should be. I try to stay on top of inventory, so I do my best to make sure that everything in the webstore available for order is in stock.  In the rare instance that I am out of something you order, if your order is large I will most likely ship the order as to not delay it, and then send you a refund for the out of stock item after the order ships. If you are an international customer or if your order is small, I will email you as soon as I notice and you can either select an alternate / get a refund for that item / cancel the order. Whichever you prefer!

I don't like the internet, can I just email you what I want and you tell me how much to send?

Orders need to be placed through the webstore, please do not send me a list and ask for a total.  If you want to know shipping prices, please see the next question. If you are having trouble with the webstore, then please feel free to email me.

How much is shipping?


International customers outside of the US - f you try and checkout with a larger order (over 4 lbs, so usually 4 or more LPs) and get a really high shipping cost, please email me with the list of what you wanted to order and your shipping address, I can see if I can get a cheaper rate.


 Shipping all depends on the size / weight of your order, where it is being shipped to, and the shipping method you select. So the best way to get a quick and accurate shipping price is to fill up your cart with what you'd like to order, then begin the checkout. Once you submit your shipping info, it will give you the shipping options and costs to ship your order. You will not be committed to buy anything, so you can always go back and change or cancel your order.

Will my order be packaged securely?

It sure will! LP orders are packed in oversize mailers or double boxed / packaged and all records and items will be packaged as securely as possible.  Getting damaged records in the mail SUCKS, and I do my best to make sure your order is packed with care in sturdy, brand new outer boxes to minimize the potential for damage in the mail!

Will I know when my order ships?

Yes! I will change the status of your order to "Fulfilled" once I have shipped your order.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers are sent with your order fulfillment notification email. You will find the number at the bottom of the email, however First Class International customs numbers (other than Canada) are not guaranteed to track outside of the US.
