After seeing this band live for the first time nearly a year ago, we knew instantly that we’d love nothing more than to see them apart of the NFTW!!! roster. We are very excited to introduce the Debut 12” “Wheel of Pain” from Athens, Georgia’s CONSEC. “Wheel of Pain” is twelve tracks of high energy and intricately crafted 80’s inspired hardcore. The fuzzed/blown out texture of the recording adds a proper raw and classic element to the mix, while the sprinkled in dive bombs and occasional stomp riff keeps things modern and exciting. The drums play the most vital role in the mix, packing in a plethora of fills and thrills that leave your fist in a pumping frenzy. I think it goes without saying that this record reinstates the fact that the South has and always will breed some of the best hardcore out.
